Guidelines for Video presentations:

• The maximum duration of the video should be 10 minutes.
• The upper limit of the file size should be 100 MB.
• The video should be submitted in .avi / .wmv / .mov / .mp4 format
• Once the final submission is made, no further edits will be entertained.
• All videos will be evaluated and scored by an expert panel.
• All decisions made by the expert panel will be final and binding and no disputes in this regard will be entertained.
• The presenting doctor will be notified by email about acceptance and other details.

Guidelines for Poster presentations:

Content Guidelines

• *Title*: Should be at the top, including the title of the study, authors' names, and affiliations.
• *Introduction*: Brief background and objectives.
• *Methods*: Summary of the methodology used.
• *Results*: Key findings with appropriate visual aids (charts, graphs, tables).
• *Discussion*: Interpretation of results and their significance.
• *Conclusion*: Main conclusions and implications of the study.
• *References*: Key literature cited.
• *Acknowledgments*: Funding sources, contributors, and institutional support.

Design Guidelines

• *Dimensions*: typically around 90 cm x 120 cm (portrait orientation).
• *Font Size*: Title (minimum 72 pt), headings (minimum 48 pt), and body text (minimum 24 pt).
• *File Size*: The file size should be 50 MB.
• *Readability*: Use clear, legible fonts. Avoid overly decorative fonts.
• *Color Scheme*: Use a consistent and professional color scheme. Ensure good contrast between text and background.
• *Graphics and Images*: Use high-quality visuals. Ensure all images and graphs are clearly labeled and easy to understand.
• *Layout*: Organized in a logical flow, usually left-to-right and top-to-bottom. Sections should be clearly separated and labeled.
